Discovery & Vision
We start with a discovery call to understand your home, your lifestyle, and your aesthetic. For new construction we review the floor plan; for renovations we visit the site. By the end of step one, we know exactly what we're solving for.
02Step 02
Concept Direction
We translate your vision into concept boards. Room-by-room moodboards, color palettes, and material direction. You see the design language take shape before we commit a single specification.
03Step 03
Material Palettes
For every room we curate a coordinated palette. Cabinetry, countertops, tile, paint, hardware, and lighting. Each piece is chosen to work with the others, so the finished space reads as one design.
04Step 04
Shop Drawings & Callouts
Vanity sconce placement, niche dimensions, tile patterns, panel layouts. Your builder gets dimensioned drawings for every feature, so the install matches the design and the field doesn't have to guess.
05Step 05
Finish Selections
A complete schedule of finishes, fixtures, and equipment for every room. Product, brand, color, finish, size, quantity. Procurement runs against this list so nothing gets lost in translation.
06Step 06
Procurement & Installation
Approved selections move into procurement. Installation runs through your general contractor with our shop drawings as the source of truth. We close with a final walkthrough. Your home, ready to live in.
